MUPY welcomed delegates from UST Faculty of Pharmacy to strengthen academic collaboration

On Friday, April 11, 2025, from 10.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M., executives of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University (MUPY), led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sitaporn Youngkong, Deputy Dean for Global Partnerships and Corporate Communication, along with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Brompoj Prutthiwanasan, Deputy Dean for Graduate Studies and Information Technology, warmly welcomed delegates from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Santo Tomas (UST), the Philippines. The delegates, Dr. Franelyne Casuga, Chair of UST's Department of Pharmacy, and Mr. Roi Martin B. Pajimna, College Instructor at UST, visited MUPY to explore and discuss potential academic and research collaborations, including student and staff exchange programs, joint conferences, online lectures, research initiatives, and professional training opportunities. 

This visit marked a significant step in strengthening academic ties and fostering international cooperation in pharmaceutical education and professional practice. In addition, this program responded to SDG’s Goal 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all, Goal 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries, and Goal 17: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
