On Friday, March 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM, Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan, Dean of Mahidol University's Faculty of Pharmacy (MUPY), presented a certificate to Dr. Aalok Basu, an International Postdoctoral Researcher. This recognition marked the completion of his contribution to a research project led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pakathip Ruenrueangsak from the Department of Pharmacy. The research output includes three published papers in top-tier international journals (Q1) and two additional manuscripts currently under review. 

During the event, Assoc. Prof. Surakit Nathisuwan congratulated and thanked Dr. Aalok Basu for his dedication throughout the research project. He emphasized the importance of academic collaboration between MUPY and international researchers to foster knowledge exchange and advance cutting-edge research (Frontier Research) continuously.

Dr. Aalok Basu has been granted the International Postdoctoral Researcher Scholarship for the years 2021 and 2024 from Mahidol University's International Relations Division. The scholarship spanned from June 1, 2022, to March 31, 2025, with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pakathip Ruenrueangsak serving as his project advisor.

The certificate presentation also highlighted the success of research projects supported by Mahidol University in enhancing the capabilities of international researchers to produce high-quality work published in reputable international journals ranked in Q1 or Q2 (Top 10-20%). Moreover, these collaborations strengthen the internationalization of both the MUPY and Mahidol University while aligning with the University's policy to increase the quantity and quality of published research. This contributed to elevating Mahidol University's global reputation and research excellence.
