Online Meeting with the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Santo Tomas

On Tuesday, March 18, 2025, from 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM (local time in Bangkok), executives of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University (MUPY) led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sitaporn Youngkong, Deputy Dean for Global Partnerships and Corporate Communication, joined a productive online meeting with delegates of the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Santo Tomas, the Philippines (UST). The UST delegation was led by Asst. Prof. Renz Kenneth G. Cadiang (Assistant Dean), Prof. Dr. Franelyne P. Casuga, and Asst. Prof. Maritess D. Cation. Conducted via Zoom platform, the discussion focused on potential areas of collaboration between the two institutions. Key topics included a student exchange, clinical internship program, professional training program for UST biochemistry students, joint research initiatives, and the organization of a joint conference in the upcoming year. Furthermore, this online meeting responded to SDG’s Goal 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all, and Goal 17: Partnership for the Goals to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
