Accompanying Persons means spouse, a relative or a friend who is not representing any institution or company, but is travelling along with a Conference participant. If there are two persons from one institution attending as participants, each of them must register independently. Accompanying persons do not follow the technical program of the conference. They will be on their own daily program and will follow the social program.

Remarks:

1. Payment can be made by credit card or USD bank/wire tranfer. All bank/wire transfer charges are responsibility of the registrants.
2. There will be no refund allowed for the cancellation received after the registration.
