| บทคัดย่อ: บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องเอกลักษณ์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ยา 2017 ภายใต้ชื่อโปรแกรม Medilet© เป็นระบบฐานข้อมูลที่มีจุดประสงค์หลักเพื่อการพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ของยาเม็ดและแคปซูล การสืบค้นสามารถทำโดยใช้ลักษณะทางกายภาพของเม็ดยา เช่น รูปทรง สี ฯลฯ นอกจากนี้ โปรแกรมสามารถแสดงข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่องานบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรม เช่น ชื่อทางการค้า ชื่อสามัญทางยา รูปภาพเม็ดยา ข้อบ่งใช้ อาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากยาและข้อมูลเบื้องต้น เป็นต้น โปรแกรม Medilet© ได้ถูกพัฒนาในรูปแบบโปรแกรมบนระบบเครือข่ายเว็บไซต์ (web-based program) โดยใช้ภาษา Active Server Page ในการติดต่อและประมวลผลกับระบบฐานข้อมูล และแสดงผลบนเว็บไซต์ ในรุ่นล่าสุด ได้เพิ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ยาใหม่จำนวน 71 รายการ และปรับปรุงข้อมูลของโปรแกรมเดิมให้เป็นปัจจุบันจำนวน 1,303 รายการ นอกจากนี้ ได้พัฒนาโปรแกรมสืบค้นอันตรกิริยาระหว่างยาในกลุ่มยาที่ใช้รักษาโรคหลอดเลือดและหัวใจเพิ่มเติมด้วย บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์นี้ได้ถูกประเมินความพึงพอใจของการใช้งานโดยนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 2-6 ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลและเภสัชกร จำนวน 100 คน พบว่าในภาพรวมผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ฯ ร้อยละ 61 ในส่วนของโปรแกรม Drug interaction check พบว่าผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจ ร้อยละ 62 เมื่อเทียบกับรุ่นก่อนหน้า นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจต่อรุ่นล่าสุดมากกว่ารุ่นก่อนหน้า ร้อยละ 79 และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับฐานข้อมูลยาอื่น พบว่าผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจเท่ากัน ร้อยละ 54 |
| abstract: Computer Assisted Instruction Entitled Product Identification 2017, namely Medilet©, is a database, which main objective is to identify drug both tablets and capsules. Physical appearances (e.g. shape, color etc.) could be input for searching and identifying the products. In addition, the database provides information, such as trade name, generic name, images, and general advices, which are useful for pharmaceutical care service. Current version of Medilet© was developed as web-based programming using Active Server Page language for connecting and processing information from database and displaying results on website. New products 71 items were added and available products 1,303 items were updated. A new feature, drug interaction checking preliminary focusing on cardiovascular drugs, was developed comparing from the previous version. The Medilet© user’s satisfaction was assessed by 100 participants including, 2nd -6th grade pharmacy students, Mahidol University and pharmacists. Results showed that 61 percent of users had satisfaction with the current version and 62 percent of users had satisfaction with Drug interaction check program. In addition, 66 percent of users had higher satisfaction for the current version comparing to the previous version and 54 percent of the users had similar satisfaction comparing to other databases. |
