| บทคัดย่อ: ปัจจุบันประเทศไทยมียาต้นแบบ และยาที่ผลิตตามชื่อสามัญทางยา ในรูปแบบของยาเม็ดและแคปซูลเป็นจานวนมาก การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโดยการจัดทาระบบฐานข้อมูล และจัดทาเป็นบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์สาหรับการพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ยา จึงเป็นสิ่งที่มีประโยชน์ต่อเภสัชกรและบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่ต้องการพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ของยา Medilet online เป็นบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องเอกลักษณ์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ยา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรวบรวมยาต้นแบบและยาชื่อสามัญที่ผลิตในรูปแบบยาเม็ดและแคปซูลที่มีจาหน่ายในประเทศไทยไว้ในระบบฐานข้อมูล โดยบทเรียนสามารถใช้ข้อมูลทางกายภาพ เช่น รูปแบบตารับยา รูปทรง ขนาด สี และลวดลายพิมพ์บนเม็ดยา ในการค้นหาเพื่อพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ยา ซึ่งข้อมูลยาที่ปรากฏจากการค้นหาจะประกอบด้วย ชื่อทางการค้า ชื่อสามัญทางยา รูปภาพของเม็ดยา ข้อบ่งใช้ คาแนะนาสาหรับผู้ป่วย และข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับยาที่เป็นประโยชน์ บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ถูกพัฒนาโดยโปรแกรม Microsoft Office FrontPage, Microsoft Office Access และ Adobe Photoshop ในการเขียนชุดคาสั่งพัฒนาบทเรียน การทาฐานข้อมูล และตกแต่งรูปภาพในบทเรียนตามลาดับ บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ดังกล่าวได้ถูกประเมินในแง่ของความพึงพอใจและประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ จากการใช้งาน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จานวนทั้งสิ้น 144 คน ผลการประเมินพบว่า ร้อยละ 63.2 มีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานในระดับดี และ 31.3 มีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานในระดับดีมาก และผู้ประเมินร้อยละ 50.7 และ 48.6 ให้คะแนนประโยชน์ที่ได้รับในระดับดีและดีมากตามลาดับ |
| abstract: Recently, Thailand has a lot of drugs available in tablets and capsules including the original and generic drugs. The identification of unknown drugs is difficult due to this problem. Therefore, drug identification system, which applies an information technology (IT) and database management, is useful for the pharmacists and health care professions to identify these unknown drugs. A Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI), namely Mediletonline, has periodically developed to compile the original and generic drug in tablets and capsules, which are available in Thailand, in database. The drug identification is achieved by matching physical appearances (e.g. dosage form, shape, color, size, marking) of drugs. In addition, the database provides information consists of characteristics and basic information of drug, trade name, generic name, pregnancy category, breast feeding recommendation, indication, mechanism of action, patient dispensing information, general advices and drug images. Development of CAI was performed using Microsoft Office FrontPage, Microsoft Office Access and Adobe Photoshop, which were used for developing CAI, managing information in database and photos embellishing, respectively. The overall satisfaction and benefits of the CAI (Medilet©) were evaluated using questionnaire. One hundred and forty-four undergraduate students at Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University, were chosen as CAI tester. Of responders, 63.2% and 31.3% rated as high and excellent satisfaction, furthermore, 50.7% and 48.6% rated as good and the greatest benefits, respectively. |
