| บทคัดย่อ: การศึกษานี้จัดทาขึ้นเพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของเฟซบุ๊กที่นามาใช้ประกอบการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาเภสัชกรรมคลินิกและการรักษาโรค และประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้เฟซบุ๊กเสริมการเรียนในวิชาดังกล่าว ทาการศึกษาตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ถึง 22 กันยายน 2556 มีผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษาคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ชั้นปีที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2556 ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาเภสัชกรรมคลินิกและการรักษาโรค 1 และ 2 จานวน 105 คน ทาการสร้างกลุ่มเฟซบุ๊กขึ้น 1 กลุ่ม มีลักษณะเป็นกลุ่มลับ และสร้างกิจกรรมประกอบด้วยกรณีศึกษาและคาถามเพื่อการเรียนรู้ เฉลยคาถามเพื่อการเรียนรู้ สรุปข้อมูลที่สาคัญ และรูปภาพช่วยจา ในหัวข้อที่เลือกใช้ในการศึกษา 4 เรื่อง ได้แก่ การสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันโรคและวัคซีน แผลที่ถูกสัตว์กัดและการดูแลรักษาแผล กลุ่มอาการก่อนมีประจาเดือน และอาการรู้สึกหมุน ผลการศึกษาพบว่ามีนักศึกษาจานวน 89 คน (ร้อยละ 84.8) เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมกับกิจกรรมภายในกลุ่ม และร้อยละ 49.4 เข้าไปตอบคาถามจากกรณีศึกษา ผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัยมีระดับความมั่นใจที่สูงขึ้นที่จะนาความรู้ไปประยุกต์ในการแก้ไขปัญหาในกรณีศึกษา ในส่วนของความพึงพอใจต่อกิจกรรมพบว่าผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัยมีความ พึงพอใจสูงสุดในเนื้อหาที่เป็นการสรุปข้อมูลที่สาคัญ (ระดับความพึงพอใจ 4.19) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อกิจกรรมโดยรวมอยู่ที่ระดับ 4.0 ± 1.5 ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่า เฟซบุ๊กสามารถเพิ่มความมั่นใจในการนาความรู้ไปประยุกต์ในการแก้ไขปัญหาในกรณีศึกษาและนักศึกษาให้ความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้เฟซบุ๊กในรายวิชานี้ |
| abstract: The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of facebook concurrently used in the learning of Clinical Pharmacy and Therapeutics course and the satisfaction in using facebook to facilitate this course. The study is conducted from 1st to 22nd September 2013 with 105 students of 4th pharmacy year, academic year 2013, who registered in Clinical Pharmacy and Therapeutics 1 and 2. A secret group in facebook, and the activities composed of case studies and learning questions, answers to learning questions, summaries of important points and recalled pictures, were created. Four topics were chosen including immunization and vaccine, animal bite and wound care, premenstrual syndrome and premenstrual dysphoric disorder and vertigo. Eighty nine students (84.8%) participated in this group. All accessed to read the content, but only 49.4% had answered the questions of case studies. The participants reported the higher confidence to apply the knowledge to resolve case study. Summaries of important points were maximally satisfied (level of satisfaction is 4.19). The average of satisfaction in overall of activities in this group is 4.0 ± 1.5. It is concluded that facebook can increase confidence to apply the knowledge to resolve case study and the students are satisfied to use facebook in the course. |
