| บทคัดย่อ: โครงการนี้เป็นการศึกษาการเตรียมยาลูกกลอนฟ้าทะลายโจร และเคลือบลูกกลอนเพื่อกลบรสขม โดยเตรียมลูกกลอนด้วยอุปกรณ์ที่เรียกว่า rotary fluidized bed granulator ผงฟ้าทะลายโจรถูกเหวี่ยงและเป่าลอยไปมาภายในเครื่อง ทำให้มีการเคลื่อนแบบบิดม้วนเป็นเกลียวและกลิ้งไปบนจานหมุน ในขณะเดียวกันได้พ่นน้ำเข้าไปภายในผงฟ้าทะลายโจร ทำให้เกิดความชื้นเพียงพอที่เกิดการเกาะกลุ่ม ผลจากการกลิ้งตัวไปมาที่อุณหภูมิ ความชื้น และความเร็วที่พอเหมาะทำให้ได้ลูกกลอนกลมแน่น ขนาดของลูกกลอนขึ้นกับปริมาณน้ำและเวลาที่กลิ้งหมุนเมื่อได้ลูกกลอนขนาดที่ต้องการแล้วนำมาเคลือบด้วยฟิล์มไฮดรอกซีโพรพิลเมทธิลเซลลูโลสโดยมีโพลีเอททิลลีนไกลคอล 6000 เป็นตัวสร้างความหยุ่นของฟิล์ม ลูกกลอนที่เคลือบแล้วมีสีขาว ไม่มีรส และสามารถแตกตัวได้ภายในเวลา 10 นาที ในขณะนี้การควบคุมน้ำหนักยังทำได้ไม่ดีนัก จำเป็นต้องอาศัยเวลาในการพัฒนาวิธีการ และความชำนาญ |
| abstract: Andrographis paniculata pills were prepared and coated to mask the bitter taste. The andrographis powder were blended with adjuvants and placed in the rotary fluidized bed granulator. The andrographis powder bed was subjected to centifugal force and fluidization force caused by the spining disc and fluidizing air, respectively. The powder bed was moving spirally on the spining disc. Water was sprayed into the powder bed. The addition of water caused the agglomeration of powder. The movement pattern, temperature, moisture and speed of rotation caused the agglomerates to become round and dense. Size of the pills depended on moisture content and time of rotation at high speed. When the pills of desired size were obtained, they were collected and coated with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose solution containing polyethylene glycol 6000 as the plasticizer. The white and tasteless pills were finally obtained. They could disintegrate within 10 minutes, however, weight variation uniformity was not satisfactory. Further process development require to produce better pills. |
