| บทคัดย่อ: ในปัจจุบัน ธุรกิจของบริษัทผลิตยาข้ามชาติและบริษัทผลิตยาในประเทศไทยมีการเติบโต อย่างรวดเร็ว วิชาชีพเภสัชกรผู้แทนยาจึงเป็นที่ต้องการมากขึ้น และเป็นวิชาชีพหนึ่งที่น่าสนใจ สำหรับนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ อย่างไรก็ตาม การศึกษาถึงทัศนคติต่อบทบาทของเภสัชกรผู้แทน ยายังมีอยู่ค่อนข้างจำกัด ดังนั้น การศึกษานี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจทัศนคติของเภสัชกรที่มีต่อ บทบาทของเภสัชกรผู้แทนยาในโรงพยาบาล การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยใช้ แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ เภสัชกรผู้แทน ยาและเภสัชกรโรงพยาบาล โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากโรงพยาบาลในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ผลการ สำรวจ พบว่า มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 150 คน เพศชายร้อยละ 50 เป็น และเพศหญิงร้อยละ 50 ส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 96 มีอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 20-40 ปี ร้อยละ 57 จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีและ ร้อยละ 41 จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท ร้อยละ 64 เป็นเภสัชกรโรงพยาบาล และร้อยละ 36 เป็นเภสัชกรผู้แทนยา เภสัชกร ร้อยละ 60 มีรายได้ต่อเดือนเท่ากับ 20,001-50,000 บาท เภสัชกร ร้อยละ 54 เคยเป็นเภสัชกรผู้แทนยา โดยรวมแล้วกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีทัศนคติต่อเภสัชกรผู้แทนยาใน ระดับดีมาก ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถ(ค่าเฉลี่ย= 3.59 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน= 0.53) ด้าน บุคลิกภาพ (ค่าเฉลี่ย= 3.74 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน= 0.49) นอกจากนั้นมีทัศนคติต่อเภสัชกร ผู้แทนยาในระดับปานกลางด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม (ค่าเฉลี่ย= 3.10 ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน = 0.37 ) จากผลการศึกษา พบว่าทั้งเภสัชกรโรงพยาบาลและเภสัชกรผู้แทนยามีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อบทบาท ของเภสัชกรผู้แทนยาในโรงพยาบาล |
| abstract: Nowadays, multinational and local drug companies have been rapidly growing. More medical representatives are needed. In addition, pharmacy students are more interested to work as medical representatives. However, the studies about attitude of the role of pharmacist as medical representatives are still limited. Therefore, the objective of this study was to survey the pharmacist’s attitude to the role of pharmacists as medical representatives in the hospitals. This study was a survey research by using developed questionnaire. The samples were hospital pharmacists and pharmacists as medical representatives. Male were 50% and female were 50%. Ninety-six percent aged between 20 and 40 years old. Fifty-seven percent had bachelor degree, and 41% had master degree. There were hospital pharmacists Career (64%), and pharmacists as medical representatives (36%). Sixty percent of pharmacists had monthly salary between 20,001-50,000 baht. Fifty-four percent of pharmacists used to be medical representatives, whereas 46% have never been medical representatives. Overall, the pharmacists had very good attitude to the role of pharmacists as medical representatives regarding knowledge and capability (Mean= 3.59, Standard deviation (SD) = 0.53) and personality (Mean = 3.74, SD = 0.49). Moreover, the pharmacists had quite good attitude to the role of pharmacists as medical representatives regarding moral and ethics (Mean = 3.10, SD = 0.37). Based on the results, it was found that hospital pharmacists and pharmacists as medical representatives had good attitude to the role of pharmacists as medical representatives. |
