| บทคัดย่อ: ลำโพง (Datura metel L.) เป็นสมุนไพรที่มีประวัติการใช้เป็นยาแก้หอบหืดในยาไทย สารสำคัญเป็นอัลคาลอยด์จำพวกโทรเปน ได้แก่ ไฮโอซีนและไฮโอไซยามีน นอกจากนี้ยังได้มีการศึกษาสารประกอบรองอื่นๆ ในต้นลำโพงทำให้มีการค้นพบอัลคาลอยด์ชนิดใหม่ดังนั้น จึงสมควรทำการศึกษาสารประกอบเหล่านี้โดยละเอียด จากการศึกษา thin- layer chromatography พบว่า ในใบลำโพงมีสารจำพวกอัลคาลอยด์อยู่ 4-5 ชนิดด้วยกัน หลังจากที่แยกด้วย quick column สามารถแยกอัลคาลอยด์ได้ 2 ชนิด คือ ไฮโอซีน และ อัลคาลอยด์อีกชนิดหนึ่ง ซึ่งมีค่า Rf สูงกว่าไฮโอซีน แต่ยังไม่สามารถ identityได้เนื่องจากอนุพันธ์ picrate ของอัลคาลอยด์นี้ ตกผลึกเพียงเล็กน้อย ส่วนสารสกัดที่เหลือจากการสกัดอัลคาลอยด์พบว่ามีสารประกอบเทอร์ปีน/สเตอรอยด์ อยู่ 5- 6 ชนิด |
| abstract: Datura metel L. had been long used in Traditional Thai medicine as antiasthmatic. The active constituents of this plant are tropane alkaloids, namely hyoscine and hyoscyamine. Recently a new alkaloid has been isolated from this plant. Therefore,it is deemed of scientific interest to study other minor constituents of D. metel growing wild in Thialand. Thin - layer chromatographic investigation revealed the leaves of D. metel to contain 4 - 5 alkaloids, of which hyoscine was the major constitutient. Separation of the alkaloidal fraction using quick column chromatography yielded two alkaloids. The first one was identified as hyoscine (hRf, m.p. ,IR ), while the second alkaloid with a higher hRf value than hyoscine failed to furnish a crystalline picrate. The residue after the separation of alkaloids was shown by TLC to contian 5-6 terpene/steroid-type compounds |
