| บทคัดย่อ: ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์์ควบคุมน้ำหนักที่ได้จากธรรมชาติที่มีจำหน่ายในท้องตลาดในปัจจุบัน มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อให้ทราบถึงประเภทของผลิตภัณฑ์สารสำคัญในผลิตภัณฑ์ ความนิยมของผู้ใช้ จึงได้ทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากร้านขายยาในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล จำนวน 120 ร้าน โดยแบ่งเป็นร้านค้าในห้างสรรพสินค้า จำนวน 45 ร้านและร้านค้าทั่วไป 75 ร้านและทำการค้นคว้าถึงคุณสมบัติของสารสำคัญที่พบในผลิตภัณฑ์เหล่านี้ พบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จากธรรมชาติที่มีจำหน่ายอย่างแพร่หลายในปัจจุบันแบ่งเป็น 4 กลุ่ม ดังต่อไปนี้ กลุ่มอาหารจำกัดพลังงาน กลุ่มเส้นใยอาหาร กลุ่มยาระบาย และกลุ่มที่ใช้ภายนอก นอกจากนี้ยังมีผลิตภัณฑ์ควบคุมน้ำหนักที่ได้จากการสังเคราะห์และผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆเช่น ยาลดความอ้วน น้ำตาลเทียม กางเกงลดน้ำหนัก เป็นต้น ซึ่งจากผลการสำรวจความนิยมของผู้ซื้อพบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ควบคุมนำ้หนักที่ได้จากธรรมชาติที่จำหน่ายได้ดีใน 5 อันดับแรกของร้านค้าในห้างสรรพสินค้าคือ Fitne, Natural fiber, Metamucil, Kal และ Slimcab ตามลำดับ ส่วนของร้านค้าทั่วไป 5 อันดับแรกคือ Fitne, ชางามระหง, Metamucil, Natural fiber และชาตราใบแก้วตามลำดับ โดยปัจจัยที่มีผลในการเลือกซื้อของผู้บริโภคมีหลายประการ เช่นการโฆษณา เศรษฐานะ แหล่งที่จำหน่าย ลักษณะของผลิตภัณฑ์ ความสะดวกในการรับประทาน ความต้องการในการลดน้ำหนัก เป็นต้น และจากการค้นคว้าข้อมูลพบว่ากลุ่มอาหารจำกัดพลังงานและกลุ่มเส้นใยอาหารมีรายงานการทดลองว่าสามารถควบคุมน้ำหนักได้ กลุ่มยาระบายยังไม่พบรายงานการทดลองว่ามีคุณสมบัติในการลดน้ำหนักโดยตรง ส่วนกลุ่มใช้ภายนอกยังไม่พบว่าสารในผลิตภัณฑ์นั้นมีคุณสมบัติควบคุมน้ำหนักได้ |
| abstract: The present study aimed at the assimmilation of the data on natural weight controlling products available in the market , together with their active compounds and the users’choices. The relevant information was collected from 120 drug stores in Bangkok and surrounding areas which could be divided as follows 45 drug stores in the department stores, 75 general drug stores. The questionnaires were formulated process and lists of products and product ranking were compiled. It was found that the weight controlling natural products which were preferably sold could be categorized into 4 groups, namely, low calorie diet formula, dietary fibers, laxatives , and external products. Moreover , there were other synthesis products, such as, artificial sugar , anorectic drugs etc. From the questionnaires , it was found that five topmost products sold in the department stores include Fitne , Natural fiber , Metamucil , Kal and Slimcab, respectively. On the other hand, five topmost products sold in the general drug stores include Fitne , Cha-Ngam-Ra-Hong , Metamucil , Natural fiber and Cha-Tra-Bai-Kaew. The factors which affected the buyer ’ s choices were advertisement, economic status, distributors, dosage form, ease of administration and need to reduce the weight , etc. Literature survey showed that the low calorie diet and dietary fibers were reported to control the weight. However, the laxative products were not found to have direct effect in weight control. The external products were not found to contain constituents which were able to control weight. |
