| บทคัดย่อ: โครงการพิเศษนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาตำรับผลิตภัณฑ์ลบรอยดำใต้ตาจากสมุนไพีรที่มีวิตามินเคเป็นสารสำคัญ ซึ่งสมุนไพรที่ได้คัดเลือกคือ ผักโขม (Amaranthus viridis L.) และในตำรับได้เพิ่มว่านหางจระเข้ (Aloe vera L.) ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติลดถุงใต้ตาด้วย โดยเตรียมสารสกัดจากผักโขมด้วยการสกัดหยาบโดยการหมักด้วยเฮกเซน (Maceration) ไดด้ปริมาณ crude extract คิดเป็น 1.09% ของน้ำหนักผงแห้ง และได้ตรวจสอบเอกลักษณ์ของสารสกัดด้วยวิธี TLC โดยใช้ระบบ Diethyl ether : petroleum ether (2:8) เทียบกับวิตามินเคมาตรฐาน สำหรับการเตรียมว่าหางจระเข้ทำโดยนำวุ้นสดมาคั้นกับน้ำ ซึ่งสารสำคัญกลุ่มโพลีแซคคาไรด์ของว่านหางจระเข้จะทำหน้าที่เพิ่มความชุ่มชื้นให้กับผิวหนัง รวมทั้งช่วยลดถุงใต้ตา ในการเตรียมผลิตภัณฑ์ นำสารสกัดที่ได้มาเตรียมเป็นครีมลบรอยดำใต้ตา จากนั้นนำไปทดสอบความคงตัวของตำรับโดยนำไปผ่าน heating and cooling ทั้งหมด 6 cycle เป็นเวลา 24 วัน พร้อมทั้งทดสอบหาปริมาณเชื้อในตำรับโดยใช้ Test Kit ไม่พบเชื้่อใดๆในตำรับ นำไปทดสอบประสิทธิภาพในการลบรอบดำใต้ตาในอาสาสมัครสุขภาพดีทั้งเพศหญิงและเพศชายอายุ 20-30 ปี จำนวน 20 คน โดยการทาตอนเช้าและเย็นเป็นเวลานาน 30 วัน และประเมินผลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจในการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์โดยประเมินจากคุณลักษณะภายนอก, ความพึงพอใจขณะใช้, ความรู้สึกหลังใช้ และความพึงพอใจโดยรวม ผลการประเมินพบว่าความพึงพอใจโดยรวม โดยพอใจมาก คิดเป็น 5%, พอใจ คิดเป็น 60%, เฉยๆ คิดเป็น 35% |
| abstract: The objective of this special project is to develop a cosmetic product containing Vitamin K derived from Thai herb that would reduce dark under eye circles. The herbs that were selected for this project were Amaranthus viridis L. and Aloe vera L. which is reputed to help reduce under eye bags. Dried leaves of Amaranthus viridis L. were extracted by maceration with hexane. Evaporation of the solvent resulted in a dark green mass which was decolorized to give a crude extract of about 1.09% of dry powder weight. The identity of the crude extract was examined by TLC method, using diethyl ether and petroleum ether (2:8) system comparing with standard vitamin K. Aloe vera extract was prepared by squeezing the fresh gel with water. Polysaccharides in Aloe vera would increase skin moisture and decrease eye bags. An eye cream was formulated using A. viridis extract and Aloe vera gel as active ingredients. The stability of this cream was evaluated using a heating and cooling method for 6 cycles within 24 days. A test for microbial contamination was carried out using a Test Kit (Mikrocount®). No microorganisms was detected in the product. The efficacy test on the ability of the cream to reduce dark eye circles was carried out in 20 healthy volunteers both men and women aged between 20-30 years old. The volunteers were instructed to use this product on areas under their eyes everyday in the morning and evening for 30 days. They were then asked to evaluate the product using a questionnaire, including the appearance of the product and their satisfaction after using the product. The result of the evaluation showed that 5% of the volunteers were highly satisfied with the product, 60% were fairly satisfied with the product and 35% were indifferent. |
