| บทคัดย่อ: ยาเม็ดทำความสะอาดฟันปลอมมีการสั่งเข้ามาจำหน่ายในประเทศไทยเพื่อช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้ที่ใช้ฟันปลอม โดยยังไม่มีการผลิตภายในประเทศ จึงมีราคาค่อนข้างแพงการวิจัยนี้เป็นการพัฒนาตำรับและกรรมวิธีการผลิตยาเม็ดฟู่ทำความสะอาดฟันปลอม เพื่อช่วยลดการสูญเสียเงินตราต่างประเทศ ทำให้มีราคาถูกและมีการใช้แพร่หลายยิ่งขึ้น การตั้งตำรับยาเม็ดทำความสะอาดฟันปลอม โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาสิทธิบัตร และ ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีจำหน่ายภายในประเทศ พบว่า ตำรัยยาเม็ดฟู่ทำความสะอาดฟันปลอมจะมีตัวยา สำคัญคือ bleaching agent เช่น Sodium perborate, สารให้ฟองฟู่ประกอบด้วย Citric acid และ Sodium bicarbonate ที่จะทำปฏิกิริยาเคมีกันเกิดฟองก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ ซึ่งช่วยในการแตกตัวของเม็ดยา, Surfactant เช่น Sodium lauryl sulfate เพื่อช่วยทำความสะอาด นอกจากนี้ยังได้เลือกใช้สารช่วยในตำรับ เช่น สารแต่งกลิ่น, สารแต่งสี และ สารช่วยในการเตรียมยาเม็ดเป็นต้น ได้ทำการทดลองสูตรส่วนผสมต่างๆแล้วตอกเป็นเม็ดด้วย เครื่อง Hydraulic press พบว่าสารบางชนิดในสูตรตำรับก่อให้เกิดปัญหาขึ้นเช่น Sodium carbonate.10H2O ทำให้เม็ด ยาเยิ้มเหลว, การเข้ากันไม่ได้ของ Citric acid และ Sodium perborate, Sodium metasilicate ทำให้สารละลายที่ได้มีลักษณะเป็นปุย ดังนั้นจากการทดลองพอสรุปได้ว่าตำรับที่มีคุณสมบัติดี ประกอบด้วย Sodium perborate 30%, Citric acid 24%, Sodium bicarbonate 32%, Sodium tripolyphosphate 3%, Sodium sulfate 5%, Polyvinylpyrolidone 2%, starch 2%, Sodium lauryl sulfate 0.3%, FD&C blue No.2 0.03%, Peppermint oil 0.67%, Magnesium stearate 0.5% และ Disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate 0.5% โดยทำการประเมินผลที่ได้กับอาสาสมัครกลุ่มหนึ่ง เพื่อเปรียบเทียบตำรับข้างต้นกับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีจำหน่ายในหัวข้อต่างๆ เช่น ลักษณะภายนอก, ความสะอาด, สี, กลิ่น เป็นต้น |
| abstract: This study was to develop the formulation and the process of manufacturing of denture cleansers in order to reduce the price and promote the use of this product. Patented formula and thecomponents contained in the commercial products available in the market were surveyed. Denture cleansers compose of bleaching agent as an active ingredient such as sodium perborate, effervescent generator which contains citric acid and sodium bicarbonate which, after the reaction will produce carbon dioxide gas to help disintegration and surfactant such as sodium lauryl sulfate which is used as cleansing agent. More over, researchers employ ingredients such as flavor, color and tabletting aids. Several formulas of denture cleanser containing different compound in varying amount were made into tablets using hydaulic pressure. The tablets were evaluated for their appearance, color, hardness, disintegration, clarity and odour. It was found that certain substance could create problems. For example, using sodium carbonate decagydrate, the mixture became liquified and sticky, sodium metasilicate increase the pH of the resulting solution but tend to form non disintegrating aggregrates, sodium perborate is incompatible with citric acid and became salt mass. However, the best formula in this study was found to be satisfactory. It composed of sodium perborate 30 %, Citric acid 24%, Sodium bicarbonate 32%, Sodium tripolyphosphate 3%, Sodium sulfate 5%, Polyvinylpyrolidone 2%, starch 2%, Sodium lauryl sulfate 0.3%, FD&C blue No.2 0.03%, Peppermint oil 0.67%, Magnesium stearate 0.5% , Disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate 0.5% |
