| บทคัดย่อ: ผลิตภัณฑ์รักษาสิวในรูปแบบ stick ถูกพัฒนาขึ้น เพื่อให้สามารถทายาได้ในเฉพาะตำแหน่งที่ต้องการ และ เพื่อสร้างความสะดวกสบายแก่ผู้ใช้ในการที่ไม่ต้องใช้มือสัมผัสกับตัวยาโดยตรง Anti-acne stick มีองค์ประกอบตัวยาสำคัญ คือ 8% precipitated sulfur และ 1% resorcinol การศึกษาวิจัยประกอบด้วยการคัดเลือก stick base ที่มีคุณสมบัติเข้ากันได้กับตัวยาสำคัญมา 7 ตำรับ ทดสอบความคงตัวทางกายภาพ ตลอดจนการยอมรับของผู้ใช้ เลือกตำรับที่มีคุณสมบัติดีพอมาพัฒนาต่อไป เตรียม 8% pre-cipitated sulfur และ 1% resorcinol anti-acne stick โดยใช้ stick base ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือก ทดสอบความคงตัวทางกายภาพและเคมี ผลการทดลองพบว่า Anti-acne stick ที่ได้ มีความคงตัวทางกายภาพทั้งต่ออุณหภูมิและแสงสว่าง และมีความคงตัวทางเคมีดี โดยพบว่าเมื่อเวลาผ่านไป 2 สัปดาห์ ปริมาณตัวยาสำคัญมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากเดิมน้อยมาก จนถือว่าไม่มีนัยสำคัญ |
| abstract: Anti-acne stick was developed to improve patient"s compliance. With the stick ,patient can applythe drug more precisely onto the skin and direct contact with the drug is avidable. The preparation contains 8%precipitated sulfur and 1% resorcinol as main active ingredient. During the early period of the study, seven stick bases which were compatible with the active ingredients had been evaluated in their physical stability and commercial approval. Then,the satisfactory stick base was incorporated with 8% precipitated sulfur and 1% resorcinol and assessed in its chemical and physical stability. According to the result , the anti-acne stick prepared reveals excellant physical stability , both temperature and light resistance , and chemical stability can be obtained from the preparation, as well. We found out that after a period of 2 weeks ,the amount of drug reduced insignificantly from the preparation. |
