| บทคัดย่อ: โครงการนี้เป็นการพัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ทางด้านชีวเภสัช(Biopharmaceutics) และทางด้านเภสัชจลนศาสตร์ (Pharmacokinetics) เพื่อนำมาใช้ทางด้านคลินิกที่เป็นภาษาไทย ซึ่งโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นมานี้สามารถใช้ได้ในระดับ personal computer (PC) เพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการใช้ในโรงพยาบาล ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่จะมี personal computerใช้งานอยู่ ซึ่งค่าที่คำนวณได้โดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์นั้น จะมีความแม่นยำ เที่ยงตรง และสามารถคำนวณออกมาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว โดยโปรแกรมจะช่วยแนะนำ dosage regimen ที่เหมาะสมในแต่ละบุคคล (Individualization ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมนี้ ใช้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows โดยใช้โปรแกรม Visual Basic for Windows Version 3.0 ซึ่งเป็นโปรแกรมที่แพร่หลาย ใช้งานได้ง่าย ทำงานได้รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพสูง โดย link กับโปรแกรม Microsoft Access Version 1.1 ในการเก็บ database ของผู้ป่วย และ database ของยา ในขั้นต้นนี้ได้เลือกยา theophylline ซึ่งมี therapeutic window แคบ (10-20 mcg/ml) และเป็นยาที่ใช้กันมาก ซึ่งอาจเกิด adverse effects ได้ง่าย ผลที่ได้จากการพัฒนาโปรแกรม สามารถคำนวณค่า loading dose และ maintenance dose ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้ป่วยแต่ละราย (Individualization) และมีการเก็บข้อมูลผู้ป่วยไว้ใน "file ผู้ป่วย" ซึ่งสามารถเรียกกลับมาใช้ใหม่ได้ใหม่ เมื่อผู้ป่วยมาทำการรักษาในครั้งต่อไป นอกจากนั้นยังมีข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับยา theophylline และอนุพันธ์ เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจในการเลือกใช้ยาเก็บไว้ใน "file ยา" |
| abstract: This special project aims to develop a biopharmaceutic and pharmacokinetic computer program in Thai language for clinical use. This program is applicable for PC computers which are available in the hospitals. Moreover, this program is user-friendliness. The calculated values by computer are correct, precise and reliable. They can be calculated rapidly. This program can be used to advice dosage regimen to suit each particular patient (Individualization) Windows is the operating system used for development. The program is written by Visual Basic for Windows Version 3.0 which is popular, easy to use and high efficiency. This program is linked with Microsoft Access Version 1.1 to store patient and drug database. For the beginning, theophylline is selected because it has narrow therapeutic window (10-20 mcg/ml) and it is widely used and can cause adverse effects easily. The program are developed successfully. The loading dose and maintenance dose for each particular patient can be calculated correctly and rapidly. The data of each particular patient are stored in "Patient file" which can be retrieved to use when the patient is required to take theophylline again. Moreover, the data of theophylline and its derivatives are also stored in separated "Drug file" to support pharmacists"decision for drug selection. |
