Mavacamten เป็นยารับประทานชนิดแคปซูลที่มีข้อบ่งใช้ในผู้ป่วยโรคกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจหนาผิดปกติ (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy)[1] จากการสืบค้นข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูลบัญชีข้อมูลยาและรหัสยาในประเทศไทยรวมถึงข้อมูลในบัญชียาของประเทศไทยพบว่ายังไม่มีข้อมูลของทะเบียนยา mavacamten[2-4] จึงไม่สามารถหาซื้อยานี้ได้ทั่วไปในประเทศไทย ดังนั้นแนะนำให้ปรึกษาแพทย์ที่ดูแลรักษาโรคหัวใจเพื่อพิจารณาการใช้ยาที่เหมาะสม
