ให้ผู้ป่วยรับประทาน Rosuvastatin 5mg ครั้งแรก หลังจากรับประทานได้ 1 hr ผู้ป่วยมีอาการบวมบริเวรใต้กกหูขวา คลำเป็นก้อนได้ชัดเจน กดแล้วเจ็บ ประมาณ 2 cm ไม่ทราบว่าจะมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับ Rosuvastatin รึเปล่าครับ ผู้ป่วยไม่เคยเป็นเช่นนี้มาก่อนได้รับยา ยาที่ผู้ป่วยใช้ประจำคือ glibenclamide ขอขอบคุณมากจริงๆครับ

ไม่แน่ใจว่าอาการที่เกิดขึ้นจะเป็นอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ของยา rosuvastatin หรือเปล่านะคะ แต่โดยทั่วไปถ้าแพ้ยาแล้วเกิดอาการบวมขึ้นมักจะกดไม่เจ็บ และจากที่สืบค้นรายงานอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ของยา rosuvastatin พบเพียงอาการดังต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น
• Gastrointestinal Effects ได้แก่ Abdominal pain, Constipation, Diarrhea, Indigestion, Nausea
• Hepatic Effects ได้แก่ Autoimmune hepatitis,Hepatitis, Hepatotoxicity, Jaundice, Liver enzymes abnormal
• Immunologic Effects ได้แก่ Hypersensitivity reaction
• Musculoskeletal Effects ได้แก่ Arthralgia, Backache, Disorder ofmuscle, Myalgia, Myasthenia gravis, Rhabdomyolysis, Rupture of tendon, Tendinitis
• Neurologic Effects ได้แก่ Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Asthenia, Headache
• Ophthalmic Effects ได้แก่ Cataract
• Psychiatric Effects ได้แก่ Irritability, mood disorders, cognitive disorders, sleep disorder, perception disorders, asthenia, fatigue, lethargy, malaise, somnolence and tiredness
• Renal Effects ได้แก่ Hematuria, Nephrotoxicity, Proteinuria (High doses), Urinary tract infectious disease
• Respiratory Effects ได้แก่ Nasopharyngitis, Pharyngitis, Rhinitis, Sinusitis, Upper respiratory infection
• Other Influenza-like illness
