Levocetirizine เป็นยาแก้แพ้ในกลุ่มต้านสารฮีสตามีน มีข้อบ่งใช้ในโรคภูมิแพ้อากาศ ส่วน Fulox เป็นชื่อการค้าของ fluoxetine ซึ่งเป็นยารักษาอาการซึมเศร้า มีข้อบ่งใช้ในการรักษาโรคซึมเศร้า โรคแพนิค เป็นต้น เมื่อพิจารณาคุณสมบัติของยาทั้งสอง พบว่ายาทั้งสองสามารถใช้ร่วมกันได้ แต่อาจเพิ่มโอกาสเกิดผลข้างเคียงจากการใช้ยาบางอย่าง เช่น ปวดศีรษะ อ่อนเพลีย และง่วงซึม โดยหากเกิดอาการข้างเคียงที่รุนแรงและกระทบต่อการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน ควรปรึกษาแพทย์หรือเภสัชกรเพื่อทำการปรับเปลี่ยนการรักษาให้เหมาะสม
