| บทคัดย่อ: การสั่งใช้ยาปฎิชีวนะชนิดรับประทานในแผนกเวชปฎิบัติ ตา หู คอ จมูก ในโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ทำโดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากใบสั่งยาทั้งหมดของแผนกเวชปฎิบัติ ตา หู คอ จมูก และ ได้เพิ่มแผนกศัลยกรรม อายุรกรรม และ ออร์โธปีดิกส์ ของโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ตั้งแต่ เดือนมกราคม ถึง เดือนมีนาคม ผลจากการวิเคราะห์การใช้ยาปฎิชีวนะโดยแยกเป็น ประเภท, ปริมาณ และมูลค่าพบว่า ยาปฎิชีวนะกลุ่ม penicillin มีการใช้เป็นอันดับ 1 คิดเป็นมูลค่า 361,542.25 บาท หรือ ร้อยละ 40.96 ของมูลค่ายาปฎิชีวนะทั้งหมด สำหรับยาที่ใช้มากที่สุดในแต่ละแผนกมีดังนี้ ยาที่ใช้ในแผนกเวชปฎิบัติ คือ กลุ่ม penicillin คิดเป็นมูลค่าทั้งสิ้น 96,488.61 บาท หรือ ร้อยละ 10.93 ของมูลค่ายาทั้งหมด ยาที่ใช้ในแผนกตา คือ กลุ่ม penicillin คิดเป็นมูลค่า 14,312.30 บาท หรือ ร้อยละ 1.62 ของมูลค่ายาทั้งหมด ยาที่ใช้ในแผนกหู คอ จมูก คือ กลุ่ม penicillin คิดเป็นมูลค่า 100,533.24 บาท หรือ ร้อยละ 11.39 ของมูลค่ายาทั้งหมด ยาที่ใช้ในแผนกศัลยกรรม คือ กลุ่ม quinolone คิดเป็นมูลค่า 76,567.50 บาท หรือ ร้อยละ 8.68 ของมูลค่ายาทั้งหมด ยาที่ใช้ในแผนกอายุรกรรม คือ กลุ่ม penicillin คิดเป็นมูลค่า 78,074.27 บาท หรือ ร้อยละ 8.85 ของมูลค่ายาทั้งหมด ยาที่ใช้ในแผนกออร์โธปีดิกส์ คือ กลุ่ม penicillin คิดเป็นมูลค่า 10,428.40 บาท หรือ ร้อยละ 1.18 ของมูลค่ายาทั้งหมด |
| abstract: The study of prescribed antibiotic in GP and EENT department at Ramathibodi Hospital. The prescribed antibiotic from GP, EENT, Surgery, Medical, Orthopedics department were studied during January until March 1994. Antibiotic utilization was analysed in term of antibiotic classification , amount (adult-day) and cost. The result were shown that Penicillin was used the highest amount, it"s cost was about 361542.25 Baht (40.96% of total antibiotic ). Concerning antibiotic utilization in each depertment were found as the following In GP department , penicillin group cost 96488.61 baht or 10.90% of total cost of all antibiotic drug. In Eye department, penicillin group cost 14312.30 baht or 1.62% of total cost of all antibiotic drug.In ENT department , penicillin group cost 100533.24 Baht or 11.39% of total cost of all antibiotic drug.In Sugery department, quinolone group cost 76567.50 Baht or 8.68% of total cost of all antibiotic drug.In Medical department, penicillin group cost 78074.27 Baht or 8.85% of total cost of all antibiotic drug.In Orthopedics department, penicillin group cost 10428.40 Baht or 1.18% of total cost of all antibiotic drug. |
