| บทคัดย่อ: จากแนวโน้มความนิยมผิวสีอ่อนมากกว่าผิวสีเข้ม เนื่องจากดูสะอาดตาและเกลี้ยงเกลากว่า ทำให้เกิดผลิตภัณฑ์ลดความคล้ำของสีผิวขึ้นอย่างมากมาย ทั้งจากสารสังเคราะห์และสารจากธรรมชาติ ในส่วนโครงการพิเศษการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ลดความคล้ำของสีผิวจากสารสกัดยอ อาจเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์จากธรรมชาติอีกชนิดหนึ่ง ที่จะเป็นทางเลือกสำหรับผู้ปรารถนาให้สีผิวอ่อนลงได้เลือกใช้ ทั้งยังเป็นการส่งเสริมการใช้สมุนไพรในการผลิตเครื่องสำอางอีกด้วย ขั้นตอนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เริ่มจากการสกัดยอด้วย ethanol 80% และควบคุมคุณภาพทางสมุนไพรโดยใช้วิธี TLC เปรียบเทียบกับน้ำยอที่มีขายในท้องตลาด พบว่าให้ผลบนแผ่น TLC ที่เหมือนกัน จากนั้นทดสอบสมบัติทางกายภาพและความคงตัวของครีมเบส 8 ตำรับ และคัดเลือกตำรับครีมเบสที่เหมาะสมมาเตรียมครีมยอ และทดสอบสมบัติทางกายภาพและความคงตัวของครีมยอ เลือกตำรับครีมยอที่เหมาะสมที่สุด 1 ตำรับ เพื่อนำมาทดสอบฤทธิ์ลดความคล้ำของสีผิว โดยทดสอบการระคายเคืองในอาสาสมัครก่อนวัดจำนวนเม็ดสีเมลานินเริ่มต้นของอาสาสมัครแต่ละคนด้วยเครื่อง Mexameter MX16® จากนั้นขอให้อาสาสมัครทาครีมยอและครีมเบสบนผิวหนังบริเวณแขนด้านนอก ตอนเช้าและก่อนนอนเป็นเวลา 8 สัปดาห์ แล้ววัดจำนวนเม็ดสีเมลานินที่เปลี่ยนแปลง ซึ่งพบว่าทั้งครีมยอและครีมเบสสามารถลดจำนวนเม็ดสีเมลานินลงได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p<0.05) แต่ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญระหว่างครีมยอและครีมเบส นอกจากนี้จากการวัดความชุ่มชื้นหลังการทาครีมยอและครีมเบสเป็นเวลา 8 สัปดาห์ เปรียบเทียบกับก่อนทา ด้วยเครื่อง Corneometer CM 825 PC® พบว่าทั้งครีมยอและครีมเบสสามารถเพิ่มความชุ่มชื้นของผิวหนังได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ แต่ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่าง มีนัยสำคัญ |
| abstract: The preferable of white tone skin,leads to the development of many whitening products. This project, the formulation of whitening preparation from Morinda citrifolia extract may be the alternative skin care natural cosmetics for consumers. The Morinda citrifolia extract was received by 80% ethanol extract. The comparison of thin layer chromatographic fingerprint of the extract and commercial noni juice (Morinda citrifolia fruit juice) showed the same constitutents. The study on physical properties and stability of 8 cream bases were done to obtain the suitable cream bases for preparation of Morinda citrifolia extract cream. The Morinda citrifolia extract creams were prepared and the physical properties and stability study were conducted to find optimum condition for the preparation of Morinda citrifolia extract cream used for whitening study in volunteers. The irritation test and the measurement of the number of melanin were done. The preperation were applied on backarm of volunteers in the morning and before bedtime daily for 8 weeks, then the measurement for difference from initial number of melanin was performed. Results showed that both cream base and Morinda citrifolia extract cream can decrease the number of melanin significantly (p<0.05), but nonsignificant difference between both of them was observed. Results also showed that both cream formulas can increase the moistures of the skin significantly, but nonsignificance difference between both of them was observed. |
