| บทคัดย่อ: โครงการพิเศษนี้เป็นการรวบรวมข้อมูลการวิจัยด้านยาจากวารสารทางเภสัชศาสตร์และ วิทยานิพนธ์ของประเทศไทย ซึ่งในปัจจุบันได้มีการทำวิจัยกันอย่างมากมายแต่ยังมิได้มีการรวบรวมเป็นฐานข้อมูลเหมือนในต่างประเทศ ซึ่งทำให้ยากแก่การค้นคว้า การรวบรวมเป็นหมวดหมู่จะทำให้สะดวกต่อการค้นคว้าและนำไปสู่การพัฒนาเป็นระบบสารสนเทศจะเป็นประโยชน์ยิ่งขึ้น ข้อมูลที่รวบรวมเป็นข้อมูลจากวารสารทางเภสัชศ่าสตร์ คือ วารสารเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล,ไทยเภสัชสาร,วารสารกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ ,วารสารเภสัชวิทยาและวิทยา วิทยานิพนธ์คณะเภสัชศาสตร์และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องจาก มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล, จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ตั้งแต่ พ. ศ. 2533-2537 ซึ่งข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้จะนำมาจัดตามหมวดหมู่ คือ 1. Therapeutic 2. Kinetic and bioequivalence 3. Pharmaceutics 4. Drug utilization evaluation (DUE) โดยมีการรวบรวมข้อมูลฉบับเต็มเก็บไว้และจัดพิมพ์ ชื่อเรื่องที่ทำการวิจัย, ชื่อผู้นิพนธ์,ชื่อวารสาร (เล่ม, ปี, หน้า) และบทคัดย่อ เก็บไว้ในคอมพิวเตอร์ซึ่งเขียนโดยใช้โปรแกรมvisual basic version 4.0 ผู้ใช้สามารถค้นหางานวิจัยที่สนใจได้ง่ายโดยสืบค้นตามหมวดหมู่ที่กำหนดไว้ข้างต้น ซึ่งสะดวกกว่าการไปค้นเองจากห้องสมุด จากการรวบรวมการวิจัยและวิทยานิพนธ์ทั้งหมดสามารถรวบรวมงานวิจัยจากวารสารได้ 42 เรื่อง และรวบรวมงานวิทยานิพนธ์ได้ 122 เรื่อง รวมทั้งหมด 164 เรื่อง ซึ่งแบ่งเป็นประเภทtherapeutic 31 เรื่อง, kinetic and bioequivalence 30 เรื่อง, pharmaceutics 82 เรื่องและ DUE 21 เรื่อง โครงการนี้ยังมีจุดมุ่งหมายที่จะพัฒนาต่อไปเป็น drug information center ของคณะเภสัชศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เพื่อเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลการวิจัยด้านยาเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้สนใจต่อไป |
| abstract: This project was a compilation of drug research from pharmaceutical journals and thesisin Thailand . There are many research publications in the country but there is no database as indeveloped country which make it difficult to sort out. The purpose of this study was to systematize the existing research into topics which made it easy to search and lead to further development to drug information database . Drug research data were collected from Mahidol University journal of pharmaceutical science , Thai journal of pharmaceutical sciences,Bulletin of the department of medical sciences, Thai journal of pharmacology and thesis of faculty of pharmacy and related field from 1990- 1994 . The data were classified into 4 groups as followings : 1. Therapeutics 2. Kinetic and bioequivalence 3. Pharmaceutics 4. Drug utilization evaluation ( DUE ) The title of article , author(s) , title of journals ( year , volume , page ) and abstractare recorded in computer which was systematized and set index by visual basic programme. The user can search by topic that classified as mention above. Full papers are kept separately in file. The result of the compilation was 164 papers divided into 42 papers from journals and 122 papers of thesis which divided into therapeutic 31 papers , kinetic and bioequivalence 30 papers , pharmaceutics 82 papers and DUE 21 papers . This project will further develope to drug information center of faculty of pharmacy of Mahidol University . The center will give a benefit for one who interested in drug research . |
