| บทคัดย่อ: โครงการนี้เป็นการศึกษาและจัดทำมาตรฐานวิธีปฏิบัติ (Standard Operating Procedure หรือ SOP) สำหรับเครื่องมือผลิตยาเม็ดของสถานที่ผลิตยา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล โดยมีขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานดังนี้ ศึกษาถึงความสำคัญของการมีมาตรฐานวิธีปฏิบัติ รวบรวมรายชื่อเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการผลิตยาและประเมินคุณภาพยา ฝึกปฏิบัติการใช้เครื่องมือจนสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างถูกต้อง ดำเนินการเขียนวิธีปฏิบัติสำหรับเครื่องมือแต่ละชนิด ย้อนกลับไปปฏิบัติตามวิธีปฏิบัติที่ได้เขียนไว้ และทำการแก้ไขให้ถูกต้องหากวิธีปฏิบัตินั้นมีข้อบกพร่อง คัดเลือกและกำหนดแบบฟอร์มของมาตรฐานวิธีปฎิบัติ และบันทึกวิธีปฏิบัติของเครื่องมือแต่ละชนิดที่แก้ไขเรียบร้อยแล้วลงในแบบฟอร์มมาตรฐานวิธีปฎิบัติ ที่ได้จัดทำขึ้น เครื่องมือที่นำมาจัดทำมาตรฐานวิธีปฏิบัติมีดังนี้คือ เครื่อง tablet press IR 15, zigma-blade mixer, oscillating granulator, เครื่องชั่งแบบอิเลคทรอนิกส์, tray dryer, เครื่องล้างขวด, เครื่องบรรจุครีม, เครื่องปิดผนึก, spray dryer, double jaket mixer และ wet-dry granulator สำหรับการประเมินผล ทำโดยให้อาสาสมัครจำนวน 6 คนทดลองปฎิบัติตามมาตรฐานวิธีปฎิบัติที่ได้จัดทำขึ้น ชึ่งอาสาสมัครสามารถปฏิบัติตามได้ดีและได้รับการประเมินผลว่ามาตรฐานวิธีปฎิบัติที่จัดทำมาอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี |
| abstract: This project dealt with the study and the preparation of standard operation procedure (SOP) for the production equipments at Mahidol pharmaceutical factory. The first part of this work was to study the importance of SOP, and select production equipments which have not had SOP. The second part was to practice operating the equipments according to their instructions. The third part was to prepare SOP for the selected equipments. The final part was to evaluate the proposed SOP using six volunteers. It was found that all of the volunteers could follow this satisfactorily. Therefore, it could be concluded that is suitable for practical using. List of the equipments were as follows:- tablet press IR 15, zigma-blade mixer, oscillating granulator, electrical balance, tray dryer, bottle washing machine, universal filler, sealer, spray dryer, double jacket mixer, wet-dry granulator. |
