| บทคัดย่อ: โครงการพิเศษนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงระบาดวิทยาของการใช้ยาในกลุ่มฮอร์โมนเพศหญิง(ยา คุมกำเนิด,ยาต้านฮอร์โมนเพศชาย,และยาเสริมฮอร์โมนเพศหญิง)ในกลุ่มสาวประเภทสองโดยมี จำนวนผู้ทำแบบสอบถามทั้งหมด 63 คนซึ่งได้จากคณะโชว์คาบาเร่ต์อัลคาซ่าร์จำนวน 39 คนและ จากชมรมศูนย์ซิสเตอร์พัทยาจำนวน 24 คน จากการวิเคราะห์แบบสอบถามพบว่า มี 3 คนไม่ได้ ใช้ยาในกลุ่มนี้เลย ส่วนในกลุ่มที่ใช้ยาพบว่ามีการใช้ยาในกลุ่มฮอร์โมนเพศหญิงร่วมกันมากกว่า 1 ชนิดคิดเป็น 55.6% (35/63) โดยชนิดของยาที่มีการใช้ร่วมกันมากที่สุดคือ การฉีด Progynon depot ร่วมกับ Proluton depot (36.5%; 23/63) รองลงมาเป็นการฉีด Progynon depot ร่วมกับ การรับประทาน Diane-35 (28.6%; 18/63) นอกจากนี้ยังพบปัญหาการใช้ยาเกินขนาด เช่น มีการ ฉีด Progynon depot 10 แอมพูลต่อเดือน (1.6%; 1/63) และปัญหาการใช้ยาที่มีตัวยาสำคัญ เหมือนกันแต่ชื่อการค้าต่างกัน เช่น การใช้ Diane-35 และ Sucee ร่วมกัน (14.3%; 9/63) สำหรับ เหตุผลที่ใช้ยาคือ อยากมีลักษณะทางเพศภายนอกเป็นแบบเพศหญิง (93.7%; 59/63) ในด้าน อาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยาในกลุ่มนี้ พบอาการคลื่นไส้อาเจียนมากที่สุด (74.6%; 47/63) รองลงมาคือ คัดตึงเต้านม (52.4%; 33/63) ด้านแหล่งข้อมูลที่ทำให้ผู้ป่วยรู้จักการใช้ยาในกลุ่ม ฮอร์โมนเพศหญิงพบว่าได้จากรุ่นพี่สาวประเภทสองคิดเป็น 57.1% (36/63) และจากเพื่อนคิดเป็น 49.2% (31/63) ในด้านสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยจากการใช้ยาโดยพิจารณาจากการตรวจ ร่างกายของผู้ทำแบบสอบถาม พบว่ามีผู้ทำแบบสอบถามเพียง 27.0% (17/63) ที่เคยได้รับการ ตรวจร่างกาย จากข้อมูลข้างต้นจึงควรมีการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาที่ถูกต้อง รวมทั้งอันตราย ของการใช้ยาเกินขนาด นอกจากนี้ควรแนะนำให้มีการตรวจร่างกายอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อป้องกัน อันตรายจากการใช้ยาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต ข |
| abstract: This special project is the epidemiological study of female sex hormone (oral contraceptives, anti-androgenic agents, and female hormone supplements) usage in the male-to-female transsexual population. The total respondents are 63 persons, 39 persons from the Alcazar Cabaret and 24 persons from the Sister Club, Pattaya. According to analysis, the results show that there are 3 persons who have never used the hormone. As for the hormone-used group; the percentage of the respondents who take female sex hormones, which combined more than one preparation, is 55.6% (35/63). The first of combination is Progynon depot injection with Proluton depot injection (36.5%; 23/63), and the second combination is Diane-35 with Progynon depot injection (28.6%; 18/63). Additionally, there are misuse problems such as monthly injection of Progynon depot 10 ampules (1.6%; 1/63) and the problem of using the same active ingredients, which are of different trade names such as using Diane-35 with Sucee (14.3%; 9/63). The reason for such hormone usage is those wishing to have female characteristics (93.7%; 59/63). The most common adverse drug effect is nausea/vomiting (74.6%; 47/63), and the second is breast tenderness (52.4%; 33/63). The sources of knowing how-to-use female sex hormones are other transgender women (57.1%; 36/63) and friends (49.2%; 31/63).
