| บทคัดย่อ: ปัจจุบันมียาที่เป็นยาต้นแบบและยาที่ผลิตตามชื่อสามัญทางยา ออกสู่ตลาดยาเป็นจำนวนมาก โดยเฉพาะยาในรูปแบบยาเม็ด ซึ่งยาทุกตัวต่างมีรูปลักษณ์ที่แตกต่างกันออกไป ในการพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ทางยา ต้องอาศัยข้อมูลทางกายภาพของเม็ดยา เช่น รูปทรง สี ขนาด เป็นต้น ดังนั้นหากมีการรวบรวมรายละเอียดของเม็ดยา และจัดทำเป็นฐานข้อมูล จะช่วยให้การพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ทางยาเป็นไปอย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็ว Medilet เป็นบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ ที่ได้มีการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงเพื่อให้ง่ายในการพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ทางยา โดยในบทเรียนได้รวบรวมลักษณะและข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของกลุ่มยาที่ใช้มากในประเทศไทย ได้แก่ ยาในกลุ่มระบบทางเดินอาหาร ระบบหัวใจและหลอดเลือด ระบบทางเดินหายใจ ระบบประสาทและกล้ามเนื้อ ระบบทางเดินปัสสาวะ ระบบต่อมไร้ท่อและเมตาบอลิซึม ระบบภูมิคุ้มกัน กลุ่มยาปฏิชีวนะ และ กลุ่มยาเกี่ยวกับภาวะทางโภชนาการ ซึ่งข้อมูลยาที่ปรากฏในบทเรียนประกอบด้วย ชื่อทางการค้า ชื่อสามัญทางยา ข้อบ่งใช้ ขนาดที่ใช้ ราคายา กลไกการออกฤทธิ์ อาการข้างเคียง คำแนะนำสำหรับผู้ป่วย และ pregnancy category บทเรียนนี้ได้ใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Photoshop CS, Microsoft Access 2003, Visual Basic 6.0 และ Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 ในการตกแต่งรูปภาพเม็ดยา การจัดทำฐานข้อมูล การจัดทำเป็นบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ และการสร้างเว็บเพจ ตามลำดับ |
| abstract: There are many new drugs launched into the market annually including original and local made, especially tablet dosage form. All of them have a difference in appearance from each others. Identification of drug usually uses it physical properties such as shape, color and size. To make drugs identification more convenience and easier, details and basic information of pills are needed in order to establish database. A Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI), namely Medilet, has developed to be easily for identification of drug. The CAI includes details and basic information of drug in groups of gastrointestinal drugs, cardiovascular drugs, respiratory drugs, neuro-muscular drugs, genito-urinary drugs, endocrine-metabolic drugs, immune-allergy drugs, antibiotics and nutrition. The information consist of trade name, generic name, indication, dosage regimen, price, mechanism of action, adverse effect, patient dispensing information and pregnancy category. The CAI generated from the Photoshop CS, Microsoft Access 2003, Visual Basic 6.0 and Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 programs. They were responsible for adjusting all images, handling database, creating the program, design web page, respectively. |
