| บทคัดย่อ: ความก้าวหน้าในการผลิตชีวเภสัชภัณฑ์ได้รุดหน้าไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้สามารถได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพเพิ่มขึ้นทั้งชนิดและปริมาณ ปัจจุบันได้มีการนำชีวเภสัชภัณฑ์ซึ่งมีประโยชน์อย่างมากในวงการแพทย์มาใช้อย่างแพร่หลาย โครงการนี้จึงได้ทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับชีวเภสัชภัณฑ์ชนิดต่างๆที่มีใช้ในปัจจุบันและการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่สำหรับอนาคต เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับเภสัชกรและบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ การนำเสนอจะแบ่งข้อมูลเป็น3ส่วนคือ ส่วนแรกเป็นความรู้พี้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการตอบสนองของระบบภูมิคุ้มกันของร่างกายและการเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันของโรค ส่วนที่สองเป็นความรู้เกี่ยวกับชีวเภสัชภัณฑ์โดยเน้นวัคซีนป้องกันโรคชนิต่างๆที่มีใช้ในปัจจุบันโดยมีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับ ชนิดของผลิตภัณฑ์ รูปแบบของผลิตภัณฑ์ ส่วนประกอบ ข้อบ่งใช้ ข้อควรระวัง ขนาดและวิธีการใช้ วิธีการเก็บรักษา วันหมดอายุ และชื่อทางการค้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีจำนายในประเทศไทย ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ Blood products ซึ่งเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่นำมาใช้ในการรักษาในรูปแบบต่างๆและ Diagnostic agents ซึ่งใช้ข่วยในการวินิจฉัยโรค ในส่วนที่สามเนเรื่องวัคซีนป้องกันโรคไวรัสตับอักเสบชนิดต่างๆ และวัคซีนเอดส์ซึ่งเป็นวัคซีนใหม่ที่มีการนไมใช้แล้วและที่กำลังศึกษาพัฒนาอยู่ |
| abstract: The development of biopharmaceutical products is so rapidly progessive. Various numbers of vaccines can be produced increasingly both in quantity and quality. At present, biopharmaceutical products which are very important in the medical field, are brought into use prevalently. Thus, this special project is aimed to review various informations of biopharmaceutical products those have been using so far and also the research and development of new vaccines proposed for the future as references for pharmacists and others in medical field. The review is presented into 3 parts. Firstly, the fundamental knowledge of host immune response and how to enhance immunity for preventing diseases will be introduced. Secondly, the variety of vaccines will be focused in terms of type, dosage form, composition, indication, precaution and tradename. The information of blood products and diagnostic agents are also included. The final part is focused on hepatitis |
