| บทคัดย่อ: ในการแยกสารสำคัญจากสารสกัด petroleum ether ของเมล็ดน้อยหน่าโดยใช้ Silica gel colum และใช้ตัวทำละลายอินทรีย์ผสมซึ่งประกอบด้วย petroleum ether และ chloroform โดยเริ่มจาก petroleum ether แล้วเพิ่มอัตราส่วนของ chloroform ขึ้นตามลำดับจากการทดลองเก็บสารละลายได้ทั้งสิ้น 7 fractions ซึ่งเมื่อนำไปตรวจสอบด้วย TLC แล้ว พบว่า Fractionl-6มีสารเพียง 1 ชนิดใน TLC system ที่ใช้ ส่วน fraction 7 นั้นมีสารเคมีอย่างตำ 3 ชนิด และเมื่อนำปต่ละ fraction ไปละลายในนำมันพืชให้ได้ความเข้นมัน 20%แล้วนำไปทดสอยกับเหา พบว่า fraction ที่คาดว่ามีแระสิทธิภาพในการฆ่าเหามากที่สุดคือ fraction 6 (fraction C ในการทดลองครั้งที่ 2) เนื่องจากเมื่อทดสอบกับเหาแล้วสามารถฆ่าเหาได้100% ในระเวลาสั้นที่สดคือ 60 นาที |
| abstract: In the separation of active substance from petroleum ether extract of Custard Apple seed by silica gel column using solvent mixtures containing petroleum ether and chloroform in a gradient. Seven fractions were collected and analysis by TLC showed that frations 1-6 contained ond component each while fraction 7 contained at least 3 compuunds.Each fraction was diluted with vegetable oil to make 20% solutions and tested with head lice isolated from volunteers.It was found that fraction 6(fration c in the second experiment) was the most effective in killing head lice in the shortes time(60 minnutes) |
