| บทคัดย่อ: โครงการพิเศษนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาตํารับสบู่ใสผสมสมุนไพร การทดลองมีขั้นตอนดังนี้ ขั้นตอนแรกหาค่าสะปอนนิฟิเคชันของน้ํามันที่นํามาใช้ในการทดลอง จากนั้นทําการทดลองเบื้องต้นโดยการเตรียมสบู่ทึบแสง พร้อมทั้งศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพของสบู่ที่ได้ ได้แก่ อุณหภูมิ และ ปริมาณด่างที่ใช้ในการทําปฏิกิริยา เมื่อเตรียมสบู่ทึบแสงได้แล้ว จึงนําตํารับที่ดีที่สุดมาพัฒนาเป็นตํารับสบู่ใสโดยเปลี่ยนแปลงปัจจัยที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ กลีเซอรีน น้ํา เอทิลแอลกอฮอล์และ น้ําตาลทราย จนได้ตํารับที่คงตัวมากที่สุด จึงนํามาผสมสมุนไพรที่เลือกใช้ คือแตงกวา แล้วทําการประเมินความพึงพอใจในอาสาสมัคร 25 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง โดยปริมาณฟองเป็นสิ่งที่อาสาสมัครพอใจมากที่สุด ส่วนกลิ่นของสบู่เป็นสิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุงเพื่อการผลิตในระดับอุตสาหกรรมต่อไป |
| abstract: The objective of this special project was to develop herbal transparent soap.Initially, the study was performed to determine saponification values of oils. The preliminary experiment was to prepare opaque soap and study an influence of various conditions affected the soap quality such as temperature and an amount of alkali used in the reaction. When the preparing of opaque soap was finished, develop transparent soap by varying the factors such as glycerin, water, ethyl alcohol and sugar until the most stable formula was prepared. Extracted cucumber was added in the formula. The satisfaction was evaluated in 25 volunteers. Most of the volunteers satisfied modulately in the amount of foam. The adour of the product should be improved for producing in a manufacturing scale. |
