| บทคัดย่อ: การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาสูตรตำรับแชมพู สำหรับขจัดเหาศีรษะโดยใช้สารสกัดจากเมล็ดน้อยหน่า (Annona squamosa Linn.) เป็นตัวยาสำคัญตำรับที่พัฒนาได้จะถูกทดสอบทั้งความคงตัวทางกายภาพและประสิทธิภาพในการขจัดเหาขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานมีดังนี้ 1. ตั้งสูตรตำรับและพัฒนาตำรับแชมพูโดยให้มีสารสำดเป็นองค์ประกอบในความเข้มข้น 2%และ3%2. ทำการประเมินความคงตัวทางกายภาพของตำรับต่างๆที่อุณหภูมิห้อง(30 c)และ40 c 3.ทดสอยประสิทธิภาพตำรับโดยวิธีภายนอกร่างกาย(in vitro) 4.ทดสอบประสิทธิภาะตำรับในอาสาสมัคร(in vitro)จำนวน25คน ผลของการศึกษาพบว่า ตำรับแชมพูที่พัฒนาขึ้นซึ่งมีสารสกัดเมล็ดน้อยหน่า 2% และ4%เป็นองค์แระกอบมีความคงตัวทางกายภาพในอุณหมิห้อง(ประมาณ30)ตลอดระยะเวลา 30 วัน ของการศึกษา แต่ไม่คงตัวที่อุณหภูมิ 40 c ผลการทดสอยประสิทธิภาพของตำรับโดยวิธีภายนอกร่างกาย (in vitro)พบว่าประสิทธิภาพในการขจัดเหาเรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ ตำรับที่มีสารสกัด 4%ดีกว่า ตำรับที่สารสกัด2%ดีกว่า ตำรับแชมพูเบสตามลำดับ สำหรับผลการทดสอบในอาสาสมัครยังไม่อาจสรุปผลได้ชัดเจนในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ |
| abstract: the objectives of this special project were to develop shampoo formulations with the incorporation of 2%-4% seed extract from Annona squamosa Linn. The formulated shampoos were determined for their physical stability and their effectivenesses in destroying head_lice. The experimental procedure were as follow:development of various shsmpoo formulations by varying the surfactant concentration;assessment its physical stability at varous temperature;in vitro study on the effectiveness of shampoo formulations against head_lice at room temperature;in vivo study of its effectiveness against head-lice in 25 volunteers. It was found in this study that the formulated shampoos with 2%-4% seed extract form Annona squamosa Linn. were physically stable at room temperature. The results of in vitro effectiveness of the shampoos were in the following decreasing order; shampoo with 4% extract, shampoo with 2% extract,and shampoo base.For in vivo study, the results wre not cleared and therfore could not be concluded. |
