| บทคัดย่อ: หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของเภสัชกรคลินิก คือ งาน Pharmaceutical Care ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการที่เภสัชกรจะต้องประสานงานกับ บุคลากรวิชาชีพต่างๆ เช่น แพทย์ พยาบาล รวมทั้งตัวผู้ป่วยในการวางรูปแบบ (Designing) การลงมือปฎิบัติ (Implementing) และการตรวจตราติดตาม (Monitoring) แผนการรักษานั้น โดยที่เภสัชกรจะปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการค้นหาปัญหาที่เกิดจากการใช้ยา (Drug related problem) เพื่อป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดจากการใช้ยานั้น เนื่องจากงาน Pharmaceutieal Care เป็นหน้าที่หลักของเภสัชกร ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมที่มุ่งเน้นในเรื่องการดูแลผู้ป่วย (Patient Care ) ในประเทศไทย เภสัชกรได้ให้ความสนใจ และยอมรับคำว่า Pharmaceutical Care เช่นกัน โครงการพิเศษนี้จึงได้จัดทำขึ้น เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ ความคิดเห็น ทัศนคติ และความรู้ความเข้าใจ ของเภสัชกรในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง อันได้แก่ เภสัชกรโรงพยาบาล เภสัชกรชุมชน เภสัชกรการศึกษา ที่มีต่องาน Pharmaceutical Care จากการศึกษาโดยออกแบบสอบถามจำนวน 376 ชุด ได้รับการตอบกลับมา 209 ชุด (55.58%) พบว่า จำนวนเภสัชกรที่เคยได้ยินหรือรู้จักคำว่า Pharmaceutical Care เท่ากับ 153 คน (73.21%) แยกเป็น เภสัชกรโรงพยาบาล 108 คน (70.59%) เภสัชกรชุมชน 27 คน (17.65%) เภสัชกรการศึกษา 18 คน (11.76%) จำนวนเภสัชกรที่ไม่เคยได้ยินหรือไม่รู้จักคำว่า Pharmaceutical Care เท่ากับ 56 คน (26.79%) แยกเป็น เภสัชกรโรงพยาบาล 22 คน (39.29%) เภสัชกรชุมชน 32 คน ส่วนการบัญญัติศัพท์ คำว่า Pharmaceutical Care ให้เป็นภาษาไทยที่เภสัชกรเห็นด้วย ได้รวบรวมไว้โดยเรียงจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ การบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรม จำนวน 93 คน (44.50%) การบริบาลผู้ใช้ยา จำนวน 35 คน (16.75%) การดูแลผู้ใช้ยา จำนวน 29 คน (13.87%) จากการศึกษาพบว่า ยังมีเภสัชกรโรงพยาบาล ซึ่งเป็นบุคลากรสำคัญในการพัฒนางาน Pharmaceutical Care ที่ไม่รู้จักงาน Pharmaceutical Care อีกเป็นจำนวนหนึ่ง จึงน่าจะมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ และให้ความรู้แก่เภสัชกรโรงพยาบาลดังกล่าว เพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาวิชาชีพเภสัชกรรมที่แท้จริงต่อไป |
| abstract: Main responsibility of clinical pharmacists is pharmaceutical care. This process will involve all of health personnels such as physicians , nurses including patients in oder to designing , implementing and monitoring plan of drug therapy. Pharmacists should be able to find drug related problems and then solving and preventing those problems. Pharmaceutical care activity consists of activities emphasize on patients. In Thailand,all of pharmacists accept this activity. Study of attitude and idea of hospital pharmacists ,community pharmacists and pharmacists in academic area was performed by using questionaires From 376 questionaires , 209 (55.58%) were responsed. 153 (73.21%) out of 209 pharmacists knowing pharmaceutical care which was divided into 108 (70.59%) hospital pharmacists, 27 (17.65%) community pharmacists and 18 (11.76%) educational pharmacists. In term of technical meaning of pharmaceutical care , they express as the care in pharmacy , and the care of drug user. From our study, we found that there are some hospital pharmacists still do not know what the pharmaceutical care is. Therefore , the pharmaceutical care activities should be publicized to all of Thai pharmacists in order to modernize the pharmacy professional |
