| บทคัดย่อ: บัวหลวง (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn) เป็นพืชวงศ์ NELUMBONACEAE หลายส่วนของบัวเป็นส่วนผสมของยาแผนไทยบางตำรับ การศึกษานี้จะกล่าวถึงการแสดงผลทางสัชวิทยาของดีบัว ซึ่งได้ทดสอบสารสกัดทางพฤษเคมีพบ alkaloid ในผงดีบัวโดยปฏิกริยาสี (color test) และ Thin Layer Chromatography จากการทดลองทางเภสัชวิทยาในหัวใจหนูตะเภาที่แยกจากตัว พบว่าสารสกัดน้ำดีบัวเข้มข้น 0.04,0.08,0.12 มิลิกรัม/มิลลิลิตร(final concentration, f.c.) สามาถกระตุ้นอัตราการเต้นของหัวใจคิดเป็น7.64%, 18.75%, 22.02% ของกลุ่มควบคุบตามลำดับและให้ผลกระตุ้นแรงบีบตัวของหัวใจเป็น 77.51%, 131.20%, 167.28% ตามลำดับสารสกัดอัลกอฮอล์ของดีบัวที่ความเข้มข้น 21.86%, 2608%, 24.36% และกระตุ้นแรงบีบตัวของหัวใจเป็น 163.24%, 237.12%, 468.17%ตามลำดับ |
| abstract: Effect of extraction of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn on guinea pig "s atrium were studied. In this experiment, it was found that the water extract of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn at the concentration 0.04 ,0.08 , 0.12 mg/ml (final concentration, f.c.) could increase heart rate by 7.64% , 18.75% and 22.02% ,respectively. Furthermore it could increase contractile force of the heart by 77.51% , 131.20% and 167.27% , respectively. The alcoholic extract of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn at the concentration 0.04 ,0.08 , 0.12 mg/ml ( f.c.) were increased heart rate by 21.86% , 26.08% , 24.36% and the contractile force of the heart were also increased by 163.24%, 237.12% and 468.17%, respectively. By chemical screening method, some alkaloids were found in both water and alcoholic extracts. |
