| บทคัดย่อ: จากแนวโน้มความนิยมผิวสีขาวมากกว่าผิวสีเข้ม เนื่องจากดูสะอาดตาและเกลี้ยงเกลากว่า ทำให้เกิด ผลิตภัณฑ์ลดความหมองคล้ำของสีผิวขึ้นอย่างมากมาย ซึ่งเครื่องสำอางประเภทขัดผิวที่ผลิตจากสมุนไพร ก็เป็นอีกทางเลือกหนึ่งที่มีการใช้อย่างแพร่หลาย แต่เครื่องสำอางประเภทขัดผิวดังกล่าว ส่วนมากยังไม่มีการทดสอบทางวิทยาศาสตร์เกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพ ดังนั้นในโครงการวิจัยนี้จึงนำสมุนไพรไทยที่มีประวัติการใช้มานาน มีรายงานทางวิชาการรองรับ หาได้ง่ายและราคาถูก นำมาพัฒนาเป็นตำรับสมุนไพรขัดผิว สมุนไพรที่คัดเลือก ได้แก่ มะขามเปียก, ขมิ้น, ชะเอมเทศ, แตงกวา โดยนำมะขามเปียกมาสกัดด้วยน้ำ จากนั้นนำสารสกัดมะขามเปียก,น้ำแตงกวาสด,ผงขมิ้น ,ผงชะเอมเทศ มาพัฒนาเป็นตำรับผงขัดผิว 15 ตำรับ และทดสอบองค์ประกอบทางเคมีของทุกตำรับโดยวิธี TLC ทดสอบความคงตัวทางกายภาพ ไว้ที่อุณหภูมิห้องและที่อุณหภูมิ 45 องศาเซลเซียสเป็นเวลา 1 เดือน พบว่า ทุกตำรับมีความคงตัวดี หลังจากนั้นนำมาทดสอบองค์ประกอบทางเคมีโดยวิธี TLC พบว่า ตำรับที่ผสมสารสกัดแตงกวา ไม่พบองค์ประกอบของสารสำคัญของแตงกวา จึงคัดตำรับที่ผสมแตงกวาออก นำตำรับอื่นๆ อีก 7 ตำรับ มาประเมินการเปลี่ยนแปลงสีผิวโดยการวัดเม็ดสีเมลานิน โดยใช้เครื่อง Mexameter MX 16 ® และแปลผลทางสถิติด้วยวิธี Paired-T-test (alpha= 0.05) |
| abstract: A tendency of popularity in a white colour skin is more than a dark colour one due to it look fair and clean. For this reason, several products for decreasing a dark colour skin are found in the market. Whitening scrub formula which is produced from herbs having papers supported is still less. Thus, this project choose some thai herbs which have been used for a long time,having papers supported, easy collected and cheap to be developped as skin-rubbing formulations. These herbs are non-dried ripe tamarind ,fresh cucumber, curcuma and liquorice powders. The non-dried ripe tamarind was extracted with water. The aqueous tamarind,cucumber extract, curcuma and liquorice powders were developed to as 15 skin-rubbing formular. All formulations were examined for chemical constituents using TLC. The physical stabilities of the formulations were examined at room temperature and at 45degree for 1 month and found that all formulations showed good stability.These formulations were futher examined by TLC for chemical constituents. The formular incorporated with cucumber extract kept of use showed no main constituent of cucumber. Thus, only 7 formular which no cucumber extract were futher studied for skin melanin content in human subjects. Evaluation of skin changes was done by measuring the number of melanin using Mexameter machine. Statistical analysis was done by paired-T-test (α= 0.05) |
