| บทคัดย่อ: คอลลาเจนเป็น Polypeptideที่มี 3 chain มี Molecular weight เท่ากับ 300,000 สามารถถูก absorb ได้ดี ทำให้ผิวชุ่มชื้น คอลลาเจนมีคุณสมบัติในการชะลอความแก่ ลดรอยเหี่ยวย่น ซึ่งโดยปกติแล้วความแก่จะเกิดจากการที่สาร soluble collagen ถูกเปลี่ยนสภาพไปเป็น insoluble collagen ดังนั้น soluble collagen ที่มีอยู่ในครีมจะไปกระตุ้นให้ร่างกายสร้างใยคอลลาเจน (Collagen fibril) มากขึ้น และไปทดแทนส่วนที่แปรสภาพไป เพื่อที่จะทำให้เซลล์ยังคงมีความยืดหยุ่นและทำหน้าที่อุ้มน้ำไว้ได้ เป็นการป้องกันการแห้งและริ้วรอย โครงการพิเศษนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อที่จะพัฒนาตำรับครีมคอลลาเจน ให้มีความคงตัวทั้งทางกายภาพและทางเคมีและมีประสิทธิภาพในการลดรอยเหี่ยวย่นได้ จึงมีการศึกษาข้อมูลคุณสมบัติของคอลลาเจนและ cream base เตรียม cream base ขึ้นมาทั้งหมด 5 ตำรับ นำมาทดสอบความคงตัวโดยวิธี Freeze and Thaw cycle และทดสอบคุณสมบัติอื่นๆ เช่น pH, type,ลักษณะภายนอก ตลอดจนทดสอบความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ แล้วคัดเลือกตำรับ Cream Base ที่ดีที่สุดมา levigate เข้ากับคอลลาเจนในปริมาณ 10% นำไปทดสอบความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ และประเมินประสิทธิภาพในการลดรอยเหี่ยวย่นโดยการถ่ายภาพ จาการทดลองในอาสาสมัครจำนวน 15 คน ทาครีมบริเวณหางตาและใต้ดวงตาวันละ 1 ครั้งก่อนนอนเป็นเวลา 5 สัปดาห์ โดยเปรียบเทียบกับ Cream Base พบว่าจากการทดลอง แนวโน้มของตำรับที่มีคอลลาเจนควรให้ผลดีกว่า Cream Base ธรรมดา |
| abstract: Collagen is 3 chained polypeptide ( M.W. 300,000 ) good absorbed, retaining and enhancing skin moisture. The soluble collagen has antiaging and antiwrinkle properties. The depletion of soluble collagen causes the aging due to the change of soluble collagen to insoluble collagen. The objective of this study is to develope collagen cream with good physical stability and antiwrinkle properties. Various formulae of cream bases were prepared and physical properties were studied by such as pH, type of cream, physical stability, appearance and the acceptance of the volunteers. The best formular were chosen to incorporate with 10% of collagen. The physical stability of collagen cream was studied and also the effectiveness by photography. Fiftyteen volunteers were selected to test the effectiveness of collagen cream compared with cream base. The results showed that collagen had more effectiveness the cream base. |
