| บทคัดย่อ: Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt Var. Crisp เป็นพืชในวงศ์ Labiatae มีลักษณะเป็น herp มีการนำส่วนของใบมา สกัดหาสารสำคัญ พบว่า สารสกัดที่สกัดได้มีคุณสมบัติในการลดการอักเสบ และยับยั้งการแพ้ของผิวหนัง จึงได้นำสารสกัดนี้มาพัฒนาในรูปแบบครีมเพื่อใช้ในการรักษาโรคผิวหนังอักเสบ ในการทดลองได้พัฒนาครีมเบส 5 ตำรับแล้วเลือกมา 1 ตำรับ โดยพิจารณาจากตำรับที่มีความคงตัว เนียนขาว ซึมเข้าสู่ผิวได้ดี ไม่มีคราบตกค้างบนผิวหนัง และล้างออกด้วยน้ำได้ง่าย นำตำรับที่ เลือกมาเตรียม 3% Perilla frutescens cream แล้วนำมาทดสอบคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพ ได้แก่ สี กลิ่น pH และลักษณะของครีม ทดสอบความคงตัวโดยทำ freeze and thaw test 4 cycle นำตำรับครีมที่ได้ไปทดสอบกับ อาสาสมัคร จำนวน 10 คน ติดตามผลเป็นระยะเวลา 1 เดือน ปรากฎว่า ผู้ป่วยมีอาการดีขึ้น 70% ของผู้ป่วยทั้งหมด |
| abstract: Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt Var. Crispa is a plant in Labiatae.Extraction of the leaves of Perilla frutescens was used as antiinflammatory and reduce allergy of skin. The extraction of Perilla frutescens was formulated as anti-inflammatory cream. Five formulations were developed and was selected of this best formulate which was determined. The stability, texture, rate of penetration, residue on the skin and easy washable with water with water were the properties.3% Perilla frutescens cream by physical properties were determine of following :color, odor, pH and texture.The stability was test by passing of 4 cycles of freeze and thaw. The in vivo test was carried out in 10 subjects a month. About 70% of total subjects showed great benefit |
