| บทคัดย่อ: โครงการพิเศษนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์จากสารสกัดโสมเกาหลีที่มีความ คงตัวทางกายภาพและศึกษาเทคนิคการพัฒนาสูตรตำรับเพื่อทำเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับปลูกผมและบำรุงผม การทดลองเริ่มต้นโดยการเตรียมตำรับออกเป็น 2 ตำรับคือ ตำรับที่มีสารสกัดโสมเกาหลี และสารสกัดจากสมุนไพรอื่น (ว่านหางจระเข้, ใบบัวบก) และตำรับที่ไม่มีส่วนผสมของสารสกัดโสมเกาหลี ซึ่งการประเมินผลนั้นใช้อาสาสมัครจำนวน 40 คนโดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มแรกจำนวน 20 คน ทำการทดลองใช้ตำรับที่มีสารสกัดโสมเกาหลี และกลุ่มที่ 2 จำนวน 20 คน ทำการทดลองใช้ตำรับที่ไม่มีสารสกัดโสมเกาหลี โดยทำการสังเกตผลที่สัปดาห์ที่ 1,2,3,4,5และ6 ดูผลการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นกับเส้นผมในลักษณะต่างๆ เช่น อาการคัน,การมีผมขึ้น,ความเงางามของเส้นผม,ความชุ่มชื้นของเส้นผมและการแตกปลายของเส้นผม พบว่าตำรับที่มีสารสกัดโสมเกาหลีให้ผลในเรื่องของการมีผมขึ้น (25%),เพิ่มความชุ่มชื้นของเส้นผม (60%), และผมหายแตกปลาย(15%) ได้ดีกว่าตำรับที่ไม่มีส่วนผสมของสารสกัดโสมเกาหลี ส่วนในเรื่องของความเงางามของเส้นผมพบว่าได้ผลพอๆกัน (25%) โดยทั้ง 2 ตำรับได้ผ่านการทดสอบความคงตัวทางกายภาพในสภาวะเร่งเป็นระยะเวลาทั้งหมด 6 cycle โดยแต่ละ cycle จะนำตำรับทั้งสองตำรับไปไว้ที่อุณหภูมิ 45 องศาเซลเซียส เป็นระยะเวลา 48 ชั่วโมง ต่อด้วยที่อุณหภูมิ 4 องศาเซลเซียสเป็นระยะเวลา 48 ชั่วโมง สลับกันไปจนครบ 6 cycle พบว่าทั้งสองตำรับมีความคงตัวที่สภาวะดังกล่าว จากการศึกษานี้จึงมีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะพัฒนาสารสกัดโสมเกาหลีเพื่อใช้เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ใช้ปลูกผมและบำรุงผมในระดับอุตสาหกรรมต่อไป |
| abstract: The purpose of this project was to develop the product from Ginseng extract which has physical stability and to study the technique for developing hair growing and hair treatment products. Two formulation were purposed in experiment. The first formular is Ginseng extract and other herbals are the second formular is not from Ginseng extract. The evaluation was done by using volunteers (40 people) dividing into groups. The first group (20 people) used the first formular and second group (20 people) used the second formular. Observation were made at the end of the 1st, 2nd,3rd ,4th ,5th and 6thweek regarding the changing of hair (eg.Itching,hair growth,shining,moisture,end split hair). It was found that the first formular showed significant activity of hair growth (25%) increase moisture of hair (60%),end split hair (15%) which was better than the second formular. The shining of hair is equal in both formulars. The physical stability in accelerated condition was studied for both formulars of this experiment. The condition was composed of 6 cycles. In each cycle, the formulars were kept at 45°C for 48 hours then at 4°C for another 48 hours. It was found that both formulars were stable at accelerated condition. Conclusion can then be from this study that it is possible to develop Ginseng extract for hair growing and hair treatment industrially |
