อยากทราบว่ายา Tazocin และ Sulperazone มีการใช้ใน indication ใดบ้างและมีการใช้ร่วมกันในกรณีใด

Tazocin เป็นยาที่ประกอบด้วย Piperacillin และ Tazobactam โดยมีข้อบ่งใช้ในการรักษาการติดเชื้อแบบ moderate –severe ที่เกิดจากเชื้อแบคทีเรียในระบบทางเดินหายใจ ทางเดินปัสสาวะ การติดเชื้อบริเวณกระดูกและข้อ การติดเชื้อภายในช่องท้องและการติดเชื้อในกระแสเลือด โดยยานี้จะครอบคลุมการรักษาการติดเชื้อ S.aureus, H.influenzae, Bacteroides และเชื้อแบคทีเรียแกรมลบอื่นๆ นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นยาที่อยู่ในแนวทางการรักษา community-acquire pneumonia อีกด้วย
สำหรับ Sulperazone ประกอบด้วย Cefoperazone และ Sulbactam มีข้อบ่งใช้ใน Infectious disease of abdomen, Neutropenia associated with infectious disease , Postoperative wound infection , Urinary tract infectious disease และจะมีข้อบ่งใช้ในการรักษาการติดเชื้อ Acinetobacter baumanii

สำหรับข้อมูลเปรียบเทียบระหว่างยาทั้ง 2 ตัว มีข้อมูลด้งนี้Piperacillin/tazobactam is of similar activity in vitro as cefoperazone/sulbactam. Addition of tazobactam to piperacillin increases its activity against Staphylococcus aureus to levels comparable to those observed with cefoperazone with or without sulbactam. While the activity of cefoperazone against Citrobacter diversus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Providencia stuartii is not substantially altered with the addition of sulbactam, addition of tazobactam to piperacillin results in substantial enhancement of activity against these organisms (Eliopoulos et al, 1989).
